If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase from TSI, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase invoice date, unused and in its original packing for a full refund or replacement. No credits will be issued for goods past the 30 day deadline

Please obtain a returns authorisation number from our Customer Service Centre by calling 08456 44 76 76 and then simply return the product to us unused and in its original packing for a no return fee refund.
