TSI are a true trade only supplier. While we will gratefully receive orders from end users, we will only deliver and invoice via our approved distributor network nationwide.
Please ask for TSI products by name, quoting your local distributor, product codes and list prices.

| If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase from TSI, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase invoice date, unused and in its original packing for a full refund or replacement. No credits will be issued for goods past the 30 day deadline |

TSI operate a strict returns policy. Please obtain a returns authorisation number from our Customer Service Centre by calling 08456 447676 and then simply return the product to us unused and in its original packing for a no return fee refund.
